Key Responsibilities of the Team:

Our team of talent acquisition experts utilizes a data-driven approach to source a large pool of candidates, leveraging various local and digital platforms. We work closely with school leaders to execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy that includes the following services:

  • Systems Set-Up and Training:

    We help supported schools set up their Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and streamline their recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This includes training school administrators on how to effectively use the ATS, ensuring that schools can make the most of this valuable tool. By optimizing the ATS and providing training, we help schools improve their recruitment process and make informed hiring decisions.

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    We source quality candidates from a variety of job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as from our own extensive network. Our goal is to ensure a diverse and high-quality pool of applicants for supported schools. By leveraging our extensive resources, we can help supported schools find the right candidates for their open positions.

  • Candidate Screening and Scheduling:

    We conduct thorough screenings of candidates before scheduling an interview with hiring managers to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and align with the school's culture. Our team holds regular meetings with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the hiring process is running smoothly; for new or unique positions, we hold an intake call to ensure alignment in hiring philosophy and requirements.

  • Pipeline Tracking and Performance Analysis:

    By tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate-source and cost-per-hire as well as identifying hard-to-fill roles, we provide valuable insights for hiring managers so that they can make informed hiring decisions.
