Our HR team partners with boards and school leaders to drive employee engagement and labor functions for the AMS campuses and network offices. This includes oversight of all employee investigations, advice, counsel, and HR support to all levels of the organization, training and developing of HR staff, HR training for all levels of the operations staff, making employment decisions in resolution of employee performance and conduct issues, handling outside agency issues, organizing and implementing HR processes to increase employee engagement and retention.
