Development Process:

Our approach to professional development includes in person and virtual training sessions, followed-up with coaching and practice in the field, then assessments of the leader in his/her space. We employ a responsive cyclical method by reviewing data to determine if the cycle begins again with more training sessions, or if more practice in the field is necessary before assessing the skills again. Ultimately, this cycle continues throughout the development process to yield the highest level of results.
