Academy of Math and Science 1st grade teacher Ms. Meyers shares her favorite part about teacher is when she can see that her students really get it. They are able to apply what they’ve learned even if it’s a concept they learned a while ago. Through retention, they can reflect on previous knowledge and bring it into the days learning. She reflects on how to keep her students are complimentary of each other in their daily studies.
